I am a sax player living in Boston, and this has been the perfect solution to my problem of finding available and suitable personal rehearsal space. While the initial cost seems somewhat high, it has been a solution that both I and my landlord can live with. It is there when I need it on no one else's terms or schedules!  I am not wasting my time driving/commuting anywhere to get to it. Furthermore it can be moved with me anywhere I go just as easily as other larger pieces of furniture thereby making it a long-term investment for me as a sax player.
