Each component of a WhisperRoom is individually boxed (recyclable boxes), stacked on a pallet and shrink-wrapped. We typically quote curbside delivery, where the client is expected to go out to the truck, tear open the shrink wrap and carry the boxes into their facility/home for assembly. All boxes are of manageable weight and size for a couple of people. We can also provide Inside Delivery and White Glove delivery at an extra cost.
We utilize many shipping companies; therefore we can ensure that you get the lowest price and best service to your destination. Our shipping quotes are based on the weight of the shipment and the ship-to destination. Each shipping quote is client-specific; so we don't charge someone in Atlanta the same shipping charges as someone in New York. It would not be fair to charge one shipping rate to everyone in the U.S. Fuel costs fluctuate daily and shipping rates vary depending on the ship-to destination. We'll make sure you get a current quote that you can be confident with.

Five Year Warranty
WhisperRoom™, Inc., for five years from date of purchase of a WhisperRoom™, will repair or replace, at its factory, any part that may prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care. This includes damage resulting from outdoor use.
WhisperRoom™ products are designed for indoor use only. The WhisperRoom™ warranty is extended to the original owner only and is not transferable.
