Audio Jack Panel - 6 and 10 Jack
The Audio Jack Panel feature is a 40" wall component with a jack panel insert and a 26" x 36" window with a 2" cable passage under the window. The Audio Jack Panel is a prewired, flush-mounted (interior or exterior) panel consisting of 4 or 8, 1/4" stereo phono jacks and 2 RCA connectors. The 26" x 36" window provides optimal visibility for audiology and speech testing applications.

Caster Plate
The Caster Plate feature is an additional floor component with wheels to aid in the mobility of a WhisperRoom™. The caster plate also provides a substantial amount of downward noise control. It adds additional mass in the downward direction and provides a 4' air buffer below the WhisperRoom. This feature is highly recommended for applications where low-end, structurally transmitted noise is a problem.
NOTE: This option adds five (5) inches to the overall height of a unit and may be purchased at any time. For ease of assembly, however, it is recommended that the caster plate is purchased during the initial order.
Ventilation Silencing System
Standard WhisperRoom™ Ventilation Systems are quiet. However, the fan noise is still slightly audible inside of a WhisperRoom™ sound isolation booth. This noise can be eliminated by the installation of a VSS. The number of VSS units needed depends on the size of the WhisperRoom™ model. One VSS is required for each Standard Ventilation System. Each VSS consists of two additional exhaust ducts, with hoses and adapters, linked in-line between the standard exhaust duct and the remote fan unit (RFU).

Isolation Enhancement Package
Some applications may require a greater level of noise reduction than what is offered by a Standard "S" WhisperRoom. To accommodate this, Standard units have been pre-configured to allow for the installation of a full set of secondary isolation components. These secondary component packages are referred to as Isolation Enhancement Packages (IEP). A Standard model with an IEP is referred to as an Enhanced "E" model.

Isolation Enhancement Package Floor
The IEP floor is a 5/16" Duracoustic mat made of recycled rubber that is included in the Enhanced models or IEP upgrades. It is installed on the floor underneath the WhisperRoom™ floor and provides additional isolation. The IEP floor can be purchased for Standard rooms and also is recommended if there is a possibility of upgraaing to an Enhanced model at any point in time.
Exterior Accent Package
The EAP is a series of beautiful, wood grain accent panels inlaid onto the exterior of WhisperRoom™ wall components. It is a cosmetic upgrade only and does not change the overall design or noise reduction capability of the WhisperRoom™. This optional feature is available with all WhisperRoom™ models.

Wall Windows
A wall window can be factory installed in any 40" wide wall component. Other than size, the design is the same as that of a door window. Each glass unit consists of multiple layers of 1/4" laminated safety glass separated by an air buffer(s). Safety glass is used because of its superior noise reduction capabilities, and its safety features. If broken, it will not shatter. Installation of a window does not reduce the noise reduction capability of a WhisperRoom. It does, however, increase the amount of interior reflective surface area. Also, an additional cable passage plug is located at the base of each window component.

Wide Access Door
Any WhisperRoom™ with a 5' wall or larger can be configured with a Wide Access door upgrade. This upgrade is perfect for applications which require the passage of large items into and out of the WhisperRoom™. Also, a ramp system is available for wheelchair access. Wide Access doors include a 16" x 48" window.
NOTE: Must be specified at initial order.
Height Extension
The WhisperRoom™ is designed to permit installation in residences and facilities with standard ceiling heights (approximately 8'). However, when additional height is required for equipment or application-specific needs, a 10' height extension upgrade is available.
NOTE: Prior to placing your order you should ensure that the host room ceiling height will permit the installation of the Height Extension. Must be specified at initial order.
Exterior Fan Silencer
Exterior ventilation fans have a 38dB noise rating. This slight noise can be eliminated by positioning each fan into an Exterior Fan Silencer (EFS). The number of EFS units needed depends on the size of the WhisperRoom™ and the number of ventilation systems required. This option may be required when a more controlled sound environment is needed in the host room.

Expansion Packages
As requirements change, some clients may find that they need a larger isolation enclosure than their original needs dictated. To accommodate this occurrence, expansion packages are available for most SE 2000 Series WhisperRooms. Units with model numbers beginning with 60, 72, 84 or 102 consist of two or more piece ceilings/floors and can be expanded in one direction. Units with model numbers beginning with 42 or 48 have single piece ceilings/floors and cannot be expanded.
Units with model numbers beginning with 60, 84 and 102 can be expanded in 18 inch (1.5') and 42 inch (3.5') increments. Units with model numbers beginning with 72 can be expanded in 24 inch (2') and 48 inch (4') increments. Expansion packages consist of two additional walls, 1 ceiling, 1 floor and seam seals. These components, in addition to all components from the original, smaller, WhisperRoom unit, are used to construct the larger unit. No components purchased as part of the original unit are left unused. All 42 and 48 inch expansion packages include one ventilation set.

Soundwave Deflection System
Soundwave Deflection Systems are available for the interior of all SE 2000 Series WhisperRooms (except LP 127). Primarily designed to control soundwave reflections and prevent standing waves, the SDS also presents a very attractive and professional appearance. By attaching a series of deflector panels to two perpendicular interior wall surfaces, parallel walls are converted to non-parallel. SDS panels attach with VelcroŽ and can be re-configured as many times as necessary.
