LIMITED WARRANTY

WhisperRoom, Inc. warrants every WhisperRoom sound isolation enclosure against defects in materials and workmanship.

Structural Components are covered for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This includes wall, ceiling, and floor panels, doors, windows, hardware, acoustic treatment, ventilation silencers, furniture, and other non-electrical components.

Electrical & Electronic Components are covered for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This includes ventilation fan units, interior lighting, studio lights, wireless remotes, Multi Jack Panels, USB ports, power outlets, and any other powered components or accessories.

WhisperRoom, Inc. will repair or replace, at its factory, any covered component found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts may, at WhisperRoom's discretion, be the same part or a functionally equivalent current part.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from shipping, accidents, mishandling, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care. Any modifications to the WhisperRoom will void this warranty. WhisperRoom products are designed for indoor use only, and damage resulting from outdoor use is not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. WhisperRoom, Inc. reserves the right to make design modifications without notice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• WhisperRooms are portable, modular sound isolation enclosures designed to significantly reduce sound transmission. WhisperRooms are not soundproof.
• It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the WhisperRoom complies with all applicable building codes and local regulations.
• We strive to ensure every customer is completely confident in their purchase before an order is finalized. Should an unforeseen situation arise, returns will be considered at the sole discretion of WhisperRoom, Inc.
